How much notice do you need?+
Ideally 48 hours. But we've pulled off 4-hour surprise setups — message us and we'll figure it out.
Do you set up at home or only venues?+
Both. From a 1BHK living room to a banquet hall — we travel anywhere in the Tricity.
How long does a setup take?+
Basic decor: 60–90 minutes. Premium and themed: 2–4 hours. We always arrive well before guests.
Can I customise colours and theme?+
Absolutely. Every package is just a starting point — share your palette, Pinterest board or theme and we'll build around it.
What about clean-up?+
We come back the next morning to pack up. No popped balloons on your floor at 1 AM.
